Wiavers & Registration Fee -- We must have signed waivers for everyone participating in the race.  If there are any youth (under 18) on your team, their waivers must be signed by a parent or guardian. We will have forms available on Saturday, but make sure you get a signature in advance for the kids, or have their parents be present at the race.

Team Bio -- Send an email telling us a little about your team and team members.  This will help the crowd get to know and support you for the Crowd Favorite trophy.

Cash Prize! -- Add your 6 team members to the website so that they can claim the prize.

Mattresses  - NB Mattress has offered used mattresses for the Race based on what they have on hand.  If you need a mattress, check with NB Mattress to see if they have any available.

Team Support -- Add friends to your team as "Team Support".  They can raise money for your team and help you spread the word.  (But only the 6 participants qualify for the CASH PRIZE.)

Booth Space -- Let us know if your team wants to have space to set up a table at the race.  You can share information about your group with the crowd.

Accepting Donations through Sunday midnight.  If you want to share stories and pitctures of the Bed Race on Sunday, we will continue to accept donations throught midnight on Sunday. Email us with the final total on Sunday and we will tally it up and announce who wins the trophy for Most Money Raised.

Finally, expect it to be hot on Saturday.  If you have a pop-up canopy, you might want to bring it for shade.  Water and tea will be provided for the teams, thanks to Chicken Express.
